With each new year, we torture ourselves with plans to cook more and eat healthier. To drink more water and take more steps. But what about our emotional health? Needing to work on our emotional health can mean lots of things, like dealing with the grief and disappointments in this life.At Harvest Hill, we have a community ministry called SOS which stands for Sharing our Sorrows. This support group is for anyone dealing with any kind of sorrow or loss. Whether it's the death of a loved one, loss of one's health, a loss of a job, loss of self-worth, or other pain in your life you are welcome at SOS. We will be meeting the first and third Sunday evening of every month at 6 pm, and new members are welcome. It's a great time to start working on yourself and your happiness and coping skills. If you have any questions please call Terri Lay at 417-838-5451.
